Socom Gear M200, Ares L96, Socom Gear Barett .50 Cal. All are around $1000.

Check this out: http://www.airsplat.com/Items/GR-SAR10-16304.htm It's a CO2 sniper rated at 650 FPS, HFC manufactured so it's easily upgradable and it's only $155 USD. I know these guys ship international.
