Well you have started the wrong way. If you "demand" something then you are unlikely to get it, Danes do not like that sort of thing. "Oracle Applications s a little vague, but there are some specialised employment companies that may be able to help you, Or contact large international companies that may be able to help you. A good grounding of Danish will make you more usable, without speaking danish you will just be one of the many who think that everyone should speak English, if you make the effort Danes will help you. As for Salaries you will have to take it up with the company you are talking to. it depends on how much they think you are worth, remember that something is only worth what someone is willing to pay. The wages for a programmer in Denmark is roughly DKK 40.000 +/- DKK 10.000 depending on various circumstances. The information is taken from a website that aggregates information about wages for job boards. I don't know anything specific about Oracle Applications development, but I saw a bunch of job listings where people with 5 years of experience with various kinds of software development are looking for jobs paying DKK 40.000-50.000. You may want to have a look at the site using Google Translate and search for "programmør", which is the Danish word for programmer. You can probably find someone, who have a similar level of education and see what they expect to be paid.
