no thats a myth. its good to drink that much but you dont need it. just drink when ur thirsty. i go through maybe 4 glasses of water a day sometimes just 1. u have to remember u get water from food and sodas too

I bet you don't worry whether you are eating enough food - you just eat when you are hungry, because your body knows when it needs food. It's the same with water! Your body will tell you when you need to drink, because you will feel thirsty. The idea that we all have to drink lots of water all the time is a complete myth.
