I am from aghanistan living in Denmark. My wife is from Pakistan. She went to Uk through an agent 10 months ago. She got 2 years visa. She had to exit before 6 months but she did not and got overstayed. I want her here in Denmark. What should I do now? Should I ask her for asylum. Is there any way to bring her to Denmark leagally or illeagally. Can anybody help me just to bring her to France?

Why not go and live in Pakistan with your wife. How can she claim asylum as Pakistan does not have the same problems and Afghanistan? May be she married you just for economic reasons?
